This guide is for updates regarding library services during the time that classes are online. FAQ

Is the library open?

Yes, for current hours go to the Hours page.  Help with research is available in person and online either through chat or email. See Get Research Help for service hours

Can I check out books?

Access to the stacks is limited to library staff. You will not receive overdue notices for books that you have already checked out; you may keep them until further notice. For faculty members needing books, a process has been set up for requesting and picking up books from our collection. Please see the Library Materials tab to see the steps in this process. Faculty, students, and staff can also access e-books through the library catalog - see the Off-Campus Library Research tab to learn how.

Can I borrow things from other libraries?

I-Share services has reopened by is on a limited basis. For information about obtaining articles and other online materials not available at Bradley, please see the Interlibrary Loan tab.

Can I use the computers/scanners/printers?

Both black and white and color printers are available for use by faculty, staff and students. You can find scanners on both the first and second floor.

Desktop Computers are available for use. You must check out a keyboard and mouse at the Reserves Desk. 

Can I access databases and other online materials?

Yes! Library databases and online content are available from your own computer 24/7 regardless of whether the library is open. Please check the Off-Campus Library Research tab for information bout how to access these resources.

How can I get help from a real person for finding resources?

You can contact your subject librarian or use the Research Help that is available in person, by phone and online through chat and email. Please, for contact information and service hours see Get Research Help tab.
