The Cullom-Davis contains many different spaces, including rooms that you can reserve for meetings, presentations, consultations, or other needs. Faculty members can call the library office at 309-677-2850 to make a reservation.
Books from the Library's collection or that have been ordered via I-Share can be delivered directly to your mailbox or a departmental office.
Most of the library's journals are available online, but if you require an article from a journal or magazine that we own in print, you can request a scan of said article to be emailed to you.
The Simpson Curriculum Materials Center (CMC) provides examples of textbooks, reference books, children’s literature and teaching materials used in elementary and secondary schools to Bradley’s education students and other interested individuals. The large selection of children's and young adult books may be of interest to faculty who are parents.
A few other campus departments are located in the Library building, while not being part of the library's organizational structure. These services also provide excellent support for you and your students with their technological and academic needs.
In addition to our primary purpose of supporting the academic needs of our students and faculty, the library also provides a frequently-updated collection of popular fiction, non-fiction, and graphic novels for recreational reading. These materials can be found on the first floor of the library in the display labelled "New Books." Requests for purchase of recreational reading materials can be made using the suggestion box located on the display.
